Today, the Department of Health announced it has issued a formal notice to proceed to Manoa Botanicals LLC dba Noa Botanicals today after the dispensary completed laboratory testing requirements and passed its final onsite inspection. Noa Botanicals is the fourth licensed medical cannabis dispensary in the state (and the second on O‘ahu) to receive approval to begin sales of medical cannabis to registered patients and their caregivers.
The licensed retail center for Noa Botanicals is at 1308 Young Street in Honolulu. The dispensary is set to open tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11.
