Today the Hawai‘i State Department of Health released its Medical Marijuana Dispensary Application, available on its Medical Marijuana Registry page or directly via this link.

Applicants can fill-out the application at their leisure, but can only gain access to the next page after completely filling out the prior page. Applicants can also save and return to the application at their convenience. It is also important to note that the application does not verify the fields as you submit them – so it will not tell an applicant if a social security number is in the wrong format or if a telephone number or Tax ID is missing a digit. Thus it is very important for applicants to check and double check their application for accuracy before finishing the final certification page.
To help with the application process, your Hawai‘i Dispensary Alliance is sponsoring a series discussing what to expect from the application process and what issues applicants should consider in preparing the application itself. This free webinar is scheduled for January 13th, and will be lead by experienced experts from MJ Freeway who have been through the application process in many other states. Later in the month, MJ Freeway will host part two of the webinar series regarding the benefits and compatibility of MJ Freeway and Hawai‘i’s new tracking system.
